Wild-duck shooting

Wild duck - hunting time from 1st September till 30th November.

Wild-duck hunting parties rank among the most popular events of the hunting season. They are organized on our lakes where the number of the birds shot in a single day is in excess of 2,000. The yearly reduction of the wild-duck population is about 16,000 birds.

For a wild-duck hunt we require that the hunting group includes 13 to 16 hunters.

The wild-duck hunts are noted for precise and swift organization and observance of old hunting traditions including the ceremonious display of the shot birds.

During the hunting day we provide traditional catering right in the hunting ground. After the hunt there is a rich traditional reception prepared in our hunting hut within the hunting ground. The hut offers a pleasant environment, perfect for sharing the experiences of the hunting day.
